This is because we can totally do yoga anywhere such as in our own bedroom, studio or inside our glass garage doors in Arizona to focus our mind.
Yoga is for everybody. It is geared for all ages, types of body sizes and shape and all levels of health and fitness. Almost all fitness and gym centers offer classes in yoga. This workout involves a series of flexibility and strength-building poses. Yoga is more than just an exercise, it is also a spiritual discipline with a long history. It originated in India and spread in the Western World as an exercise practice that links to our mind, body and breath. But are you aware of the realness and rawness of the art of yoga? Many yogis don’t know about this, they just do it for the sake of healthy living. It is important for us to have knowledge in the art of yoga to embrace and embody its teachings.
The mission of creating of this website is not only to teach yoga to everybody, but for me to create rawness and realness in the art of teaching and the dedication of practicing yoga. The point is to create integrity and humanity in the yoga community. I want to fully reveal myself as a teacher and a student of my own humanity and journey. My hope is to spark honest dialogues and community rather than pretending and competing.
I jot down some of my ways how to do it. I write articles every week about the perils and promises of teaching and practicing yoga. Reading my articles will give you a lot of knowledge about yoga, so that you will be aware about the risks and benefits of practicing it. I teach yoga classes weekly, for both local and foreign students. So whatever nationality you are, I will teach as best as I can, to share my skills and knowledge to you all. I hope we can meet there. I also mentor yoga teachers who truly want to embody their teachings. Teaching your students in the right and honest way will give you satisfaction and integrity.
